Stacey Believes:
There is nothing wrong with you. Each person is uniquely equipped with the potential and resources necessary to heal and grow, so they may be able to fully experience their lives. Stacey believes we have all been hurt in some way and both past and present hurts may have hindered our potential and tendency towards growth. This can be compromised by the problems we face, including oppression, abuse, emotional pain from early childhood experiences and adulthood. Therapy is a collaborative process and it is my role to help you explore the barriers and challenges you experience, so you may develop your natural capacity to live a deeper and more fulfilling life.
